摘要
高校教育职员制度改革势在必行,而当前高校职员制度改革的瓶颈在于缺少一种紧扣高校管理人员主体属性以及高校管理人员这一职业定位的理论基础和管理方法体系。通过"知识人"假设的概念和高校管理人员"知识人"的角色定位,来探讨对完善高校教育职员制的原则和对策。
It is imperative to carry out the reform of higher education administrative staff system. At present,the bottleneck of the reform lies in the lack of theoretical foundations and management systems which should be closely connected with the subject attributes and the career anchor of these management staff. Through the hypothesis of the knowledge person and the career anchor of the knowledge person in the higher education administrative staff, the thesis analyzes the principles and strategies of improving the higher education administrative staff system.
