摘要 飞轮产品在运转过程中存在微振动的主要因素是由动平衡量引起的,在飞轮转速范围内存在转子固有频率和不平衡激励频率相等的情况,即引发共振,利用振动测试技术,选择时域分析和频谱分析2种方法相结合,找到引发共振的频率,在其所对应的转速下进行动平衡调整,可以有效降低飞轮在工作转速范围内动平衡量值和振动量的变化量,提高动平衡的一致性。 Dynamic unbalance is the main cause of tiny vibration in the working process of flywheel products. Sympathetic vibration occurs when the Eigen-frequency of rotor equals to the frequency of unbalance excitation at working speed. Vibration test technology, combined with spectrum analysis and tine domain analysis technology,was carried out to find the vibration frequency which causes the sympathetic vibration. The dynamic balance was modified at the corresponding rotation speed, which effectively decreased the value of dynamic unbalance and the variation range of vibration at working speed, and improved the consistency of dynamic balance.
