摘要
光学透镜的高效精密铣磨加工是透镜抛光的前提和基础,本文对透镜铣磨加工中影响其表面粗糙度的因素进行了研究。通过在OptoTech SM50CNC-TC数控机床上对球面硅透镜进行铣磨试验,采用正交试验的方法研究各种因素对硅透镜表面粗糙度的影响,找出了各铣磨参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,确定了最优铣磨参数的匹配。
High-precision milling of the optical lens is the prerequisite and basis for the polishing of lens. The factors affecting the lens surface roughness were studied in this paper. The Grinding tests of the spherical silicon lens were performed on OptoTech SM50 CNC--TC. The multiple factors affecting spherical silicon lens surface roughness were researched via the method of orthogonal test. The influence regularities of various factors were found out and the optimal grinding matching parameters were determined.
