摘要
提出一种平面低副机构运动分析中基点约束法的改进新方法。用已知动基点代替原方法中的运动约束,并增加含有已知动基点的2种类型几何约束,可以避免原方法在机构某些特殊位置上出现的问题,能迅速收敛,缩短了计算机计算时间20%~50%。计算实例表明,新方法仍保持了通用性强、省时、省事、使用方便的特点。
A new improvement of the basic point constraint method for kinematic analysis of planar lower-pair mechanisms is presented.In the new method,the known moving basic paints are used to replace the moving constraints,and 2 types of geometric constraints con- mining known moving basic points are added,which can avoid the problems in some special positions.The computation time is 20% to 50% shorter than that of the original method. The new method can be available in many fields with convenient for use,especially time- saving.
