摘要
采用CAM技术对链轮进行数学建模,然后进行仿真加工,从中可以发现,加工过程中的刀具和零件在加工区发生干涉和过切,通过不断地优化参数设置来改进加工工艺,确保加工过程中工艺的成功率,大大降低了工艺的验证周期,避免了由于刀具和零件过切产生的各种危险。优化后的仿真轨迹生成的程序G代码可以传输给机床系统,进行正常加工。
Took CAM technology to do mathematical modeling and then do simulation processing for sprocket, it can be found out that the interfering and excessive cut of tools and machining parts in the processing area, the process was im- proved through optimizing the parameter settings constantly, and also ensured the success rate of the processing, shorten the test period of test and avoid all the dangerous because of the excessive cutting.
