摘要
结合实际生产,介绍了Cnckad软件在钣金件数冲加工中的应用。利用Cnckad软件可以快速完成钣金件的展开图绘制、模具选择以及NC文件生成,提高了钣金件数冲编程加工的效率。通过对钣金展开图的虚拟加工,检验了程序的正确性和工艺性,使得加工制造过程最优化。通过与先前同类型软件的比较分析,阐述了Cnckad在各方面的优缺点以及在实际生产过程中不可比拟的优势。本文总结了实际应用中遇到的细节问题,并给出了相应的处理方法,实践证实此方法是可行的。
With practical production, introduced the application of Cnckad software in sheet metal rush processing. By u- sing the Cnckad software, the sheet metal expand mapping, selection of molds and NC files generated can be quickly comple- ted, which increase the efficiency of sheet metal processing of programming process. Through virtual machining of sheet metal expansion plan, tested program correctness and usability, and made processing and manufacturing optimized. Through comparative analysis of the same kinds of software, advantages and disadvantages of Cnckad and incomparable abil- ity in actual production process were given. Summary details of problems encountered in the practical application, gave ap- propriate treatment methods, and confirmed the feasibility of this approach.
