复杂设备制造企业远程服务文档管理与检索系统研究

Research on Document Management and Retrieval System for Remote Service of Complex Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

由于设备结构复杂,技术含量高且具有高度集成性,建立文档管理与检索系统对于提高复杂设备制造企业远程服务能力具有重要意义。本文分析了复杂设备制造企业远程服务文档管理的现存主要问题及其系统关键实现技术,论述了制造企业维修维护案例库的采集及相应主题检索算法的改进。基于J2EE分布式架构,集Lucene全文检索引擎、中文分词、工作流和数据库技术于一体,开发了B/S模式下复杂设备制造企业远程服务文档管理与检索原型系统,给出了系统运行实例。

Due to the complex structures, high technology content and high degree of integration, the document manage ment and retrieval systems have great significant values to improve the remote service capabilities of complex equipment manufacturing enterprises. The practical problems and the corresponding key implementation technology of document man- agement were analyzed, and the subject retrieval algorithm of maintenance case base was discussed. Based on J2EE distribu- ted architecture and B/S mode and integrated Lucene full-text retrieval engine, Chinese word segmentation, workflow and database technology, a document management and retrieval prototypesystem for complex equipment manufacturing enterpri ses remote service was developed and a related running instance was provided.
