摘要
汽车钢板弹簧是各种载重汽车、机车上的重要零部件,一般在冲击、振动或长期均匀的周期改变应力的环境下工作。本文针对传统重型汽车钢板弹簧切边模存在的不足,在分析板簧切边工艺的基础上,提出了改进措施,给出了模具的总体结构,并对其主要零部件作了设计说明,最后对所设计的模具进行了试模。试模结果表明,该模具可提高钢板弹簧切边精度,模具自身寿命也得到大幅提高。
Road spring is the important part of all kinds of cargo truck and rolling stock, it usually works on the environ- ment of punching, vibration, or stress with long and periodic change. According to the deficiency of traditional trimming die for the automotive leaf spring, and based on the analysis of forming process of the spring, measures for improvement were suggested, the total structure was provided, the corresponding main parts were designed, and the designed die was tested. The results showed that the die can improve the accuracy of product, and the service life of the die was prolonged.
