By means of communication and network technology, the Internet of Things can be massive complete awareness information presented to the user truly everywhere perception. But as the mass of inforulation on the Internet, the ordinary user can not directly digest the information, and only through further processing, these data can be used for the user. This article is designed programming methods and steps of the Android platform for mobile phones to access the Internet, and the development of effective Internet access applications, the access and processing of Things the digita｜ized construction projects for the University Logistics, building programs.
