几种金属化学物质与生物膜相互作用的液晶态构像研究 被引量:5

A STUDY OF CONFORMATION OF LIQUID CRYSTALLINE STATE IN INTERACTION BETWEEN METAL COMPLEXES AND BIOMEMBRANE

摘要 用近代物理技术对药物与生物膜相互作用进行了研究。首次发现了3个新的液晶相和许多有重要价值的结果。亚油酸铂包裹到脂质体中,增加了药物的特异性和对癌细胞的杀伤作用,提高了药物的利用效率和作用效力。首次合成了甘草酸胺铂配合物和脂肪酸胺铂配合物以及亚硒酸胺铂配合物。 A study by the technique of modern physics has been made on the interaction between chemical materials and biomembrane. Three new liquid crystalline phases as well as some other new results have been discovered for the first time. It is found that chemical materials can make the biomembrane in the liquid crystalline state assume non-bilayer structures. Their ionic radius, the van der waals force and electrostatic interaction between the amphiphilic molecules, the moment of electric couple and pH value all have some effects on the liquid crystalline structure of biomembrane. The specific property of liposomes is improved. The targeted liposomes contain linoleic platinum. The cell damaging affects the targeted liposomes. The cell damaging effects are distinct increased with the heightened magnetic field intensity. Under the effect of electromagnetism field a lot of openings or holes in the surface of human cancer cell membrane are watched in scanning Tumeling Microscope. It has been proved that the extrinsic proteins were lost and that molecular structure has a deformed in human cancer cell membrane under the effect of magnetism field.
