摘要
随着滚动轴承的高速化,轴承零件自身旋转的惯性效应对轴承性能的影响越来越明显。根据弹性力学理论推导了高速旋转条件下弹性圆环的内应力及位移分布,结合轴承理论建立了内圈转速与轴承的结构参数和应力之间的关系,并通过具体实例计算分析了转速对轴承参数和应力的影响。
As the speed of rolling bearings become higher, the effect of inertial effect of bearing parts on performances is more and more obvious. The internal stress and displacement distribution of high speed rotating elastic ring are derived based on the theory of elasticity mechanics, and the relationship of rotating speed of inner tings and geometric parameters and stress is established combining with the theory of beatings. The influence of rotating speed on stress and parameters is analyzed through a specific example.
