Exploration of the Entrepreneurial Spirit Based on the Psychological Characteristics of the Entrepreneurs

进入知识经济时代,迎接以信息社会和知识经济为特征的新型经济时代的到来,社会经济的增长方式由以往的管理型向创业型转变,创业精神对社会和企业显得尤为重要,鉴于此笔者从企业家的心理特质出发对企业家的个人特质:成就动机、风险偏好、内外控偏好、对不确定性的容忍力一一做出分析研究。

Coming into the era of knowledge economy, to meet with the information society and knowledge economic characteristics of the new economy, social economic growth changes from the previous administration into venture type change. Entrepreneurial spirit of society and enterprise appears especially important. The author examines from the psychological characteristics of the entrepreneur＇s personal traits： achievement motivation, risk preference, internal and external control preference, the uncertainty of tolerance analysis.
