摘要
在发动机开发过程中,为使火花塞的热特性和空气间隙与发动机合理匹配,以使火花塞的可靠性和耐久性能满足整车性能要求,需对火花塞进行匹配试验。本文介绍了火花塞匹配试验的方法,并通过试验数据阐述如何合理选择火花塞参数。
During the engine development process, in order to match reasonably the thermal property of spark plug and air gap with the engine, a matching test is necessary to make its reliability and durability meet the performance demands of entire vehicle. The author introduces the matching test method and how to choose the spark plug parameters reasonably through test data.
