基于综合集成法的港口物流系统能耗评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一套针对港口系统能耗评价问题的指标体系.采用层次分析法(AHP)和因果度法两种赋权方法计算各指标权重,并通过综合集成的方法对两种方法得出的权重进行重新整合和集成,这样既可以消除主观的人为因素,也可以消除客观的噪音等因素.通过算例分析,表明该方法能够量化港口物流系统在各个指标项上的得分,对衡量港口物流系统能耗水平具有指导意义. A set of index system for the port system energy consumption evaluation is proposed. The core of the application of this energy consumption evaluation index system is to balance the weight of each indicator, so Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Causal Method are applied respectively to calculate the weight of each index, then meta-synthesis evaluation is availed to integrate above two methods. Both subjective human factors and the objective noise factors can be eliminated by the recta- synthesis evaluation. Numerical example shows that this index system could quantify the score on each index item of port logistics system and play an instructive role to measure the energy consump- tion level of port logistics system.
