摘要
考虑岩石疏浚和煤炭切削的共同特点,并结合绞刀切削的实际情况,借鉴煤炭切削中截齿的受力理论,提出绞刀水下切削岩石的数学模型,并对相关参数的选取进行了探讨.在此基础上,通过编程对4 200kW大型绞吸挖泥船的绞刀受力和功率进行了计算,并对不同横移速度和岩石单轴抗压强度下绞刀受力和功率变化的趋势进行了分析.
By considering common characteristics of rock dredging and coal cutting, and discussing practical situation of cutting by cutter head, the mathematical model of rock cutting underwater for cutter head is proposed based on the theories of cutting forces in coal mining. Then, a detailed discuss on the parameters in the model is theoretically investigated. Furthermore, by using this model, the cutting forces and power of cutter head on a large Cutter Suction Dredger are calculated by program- ming, and the changes of power and forces when dredging rocks with different unconfined compressive strength under varied swing velocity are analyzed.
