摘要
客运班线是道路运输系统重要的组成要素,合理的班线运力对班线旅客的满意度以及班线的盈利有着重要的意义.针对道路客运班线运力优化问题,在效用理论的基础上,建立了基于双层规划的班线运力优化模型.上层模型以道路客运企业利益最大化为目标,由客运企业决策班线运力投入;下层模型以旅客总体满意度最大化为目标,由旅客决策选择运输方式.采用基于灵敏度分析的启发式算法来求解模型,并以武汉至黄石班线为例验证了模型的可行性及科学性.
As an important factor of road transport system, rational allocation of coach route capacity brings about passenger satisfaction and profit-making. As for coach route optimization problem, a hi- level programming model based on utility theory is established. The upper-layer model aims at maxi- mizing the transport enterprises" profit, which is determined by transport enterprises decision-making. Meanwhile, with a view towards maximizing passenger satisfaction, the function of lower-layer is transport mode selection. Moreover, the model is solved by heuristic algorithm based on sensitivity a- nalysis. This paper take the coach route of Wuhan to Huangshi as a case to verify the feasibility and scientific of the model.
