摘要 采用12-羟基硬脂酸和硬脂酸的复配物与碱液皂化生成稠化剂来稠化矿物油以制备润滑脂,探讨其不同配比对润滑脂性能的影响,在较佳配比的基础上研究石油磺酸钡、聚异丁烯的加入对润滑脂性能的影响.试验结果表明:当12-羟基硬脂酸与硬脂酸之比为6∶4时润滑脂综合性能较好,此时滴点为205℃,针入度为28.56mm.当石油磺酸钡作为防锈剂时,产品的防锈性能较好,达到1b级别.聚异丁烯的加入使润滑脂滴点增加而针入度略有下降,最大无卡咬负荷PB增大了44.3%,烧结负荷PD提高了58.7%,摩擦系数从0.050~0.069减小到0.008~0.032. Mineral oil was thicken by using gelatinizer which was formed by saponification ofthe com- pound of 12-oxystearic acid and stearic acid to prepare grease. And the influence of 12-oxystearic acid and stearic acid in different ratio on the properties of grease was discussed. On the basis of the better ratio of 12-oxystearic acid and stearic acid, the influence of adding petroleum sulfonate barium and polyisobutylene on the properties of grease was studied. Experimental results show that when the ratio of 12- oxystearic acid/stearic acid was 6 : 4, the lubricant overall performance was better and its drop- ping point is 205 ℃ and its penetration is 28.56 mm. When using petroleum sulfonate barium as the rust-preventing agent, the product rust prevention performance is better and could achieve lb level. Adding polyisobutylene to the system caused the greaser dropping point improved, maximum nonsei- zure load PB increased by 44.3 %, sintering load PD increased by 58.7 % and friction coefficient decreased from 0. 008-0. 032 to 0. 050-0. 069, but its penetration slightly reduced.
