喷砂雾封层技术在高速公路预防性养护中的应用

Application of Sand-blasting Fog Seal Technology in Preventive Maintenance of Expressway

结合喷砂雾封层的技术特点、施工工艺及质量控制要点,对试验路段路面进行持续跟踪调查,结果表明喷砂雾封层技术是一项有效的预防性养护措施,可以有效地填封路面的微小裂缝和表面空隙,增强集料间的粘结力,延长路面使用寿命。

Combined with the characteristics, construction process and quality control of the sand-blasting fog seal technology, the test section pavement was surveyed continuously. The result shows that sand-blasting fog seal technology is an effective preventive maintenance measure, which can play roles in packing pavement tiny crack and surface void, enhancing the cohesive force between aggregates and prolonging the service life of pavement.
