摘要
针对现有豌豆脱皮设备存在的脱皮效率低、产量小,难以满足规模企业生产要求等问题,对豌豆脱皮技术原理与方法进行了分析研究,设计出了一种行星揉搓式豌豆脱皮机。在总体设计的基础上,对行星揉搓式豌豆脱皮机的生产率、功率等进行了计算分析,并对主要零部件进行了设计计算。初步试验表明:该机的脱皮效率≥90%。行星揉搓式豌豆脱皮机脱皮效率高、结构简单,其生产率完全能够满足规模企业的生产需求。
For the available peas peeling equipment existing the problems of low peeling rate, small proouction, difficult to meet large-scale production requirements and so on, the principle and methods of peas peeling technology were analyzed and studied, and a kind of planet knead type peas peeling machine were designed. The planet knead type peas peeling machine's pro- ductivity and required power were analyzed and calculated, and the main parts were designed. The preliminary experiments showed that: the machine peeling efficiency≥90%. The designed peas peeling machine had high peeling efficiency and simple structure, and the productivity was enough to meet the requirements of the production.
