城市化进程中的“城中村”土地征收补偿模式研究

On the Compensation Issues of Land Expropriation in Urban Villages in the Process of China's Urbanization

土地征收补偿是"城中村"改造过程中各个利益主体关注的关键问题。通过对现行土地征收制度下"城中村"土地现状的分析,探讨了土地征收补偿制度存在的问题,提出了引入出售土地使用权的信托模式,以促进土地征收补偿制度的均衡和完善。

The compensation issue is the key problem concerning various interest groups during the reform of Chinese urban villages. By analyzing land situation in urban villages under current land expropriation system, this paper discusses exist- ing problems in current land expropriation system, and proposes a trust model introducing selling the right to the use of land so as to promote a balanced and improved land expropriation system.
