摘要
分析并优化了非对称U形电接触板的冲压成形工艺,介绍了排样设计、模具整体结构设计及模具关键零件设计。模具设计采用三板式模架和滚珠导向机构,成形工序设计成多步骤逐步成形以实现制件的U形非对称弯曲,模具关键零件设计成镶块式结构。实践表明,排样方案可行,模具结构合理,制件质量稳定,为同类制件的模具设计提供了有益的参考。
The stamping process of an U-shaped asymmetrical electrical contact plate was an- alyzed and optimized. The design of layout, die structure and key parts were was carried out in which three-plate die holder and ball guide mechanism were adopted, a multi-step forming procedure was used to gradually realize the U-shaped asymmetrical bending and in- laying structure was applied in key die parts.
