摘要
分析了汽车前地板的冲压工艺,确定了制件成形工艺,根据制件特点设计了一种新型的修翻边复合模,阐述了模具结构与工作过程。模具能实现制件一次完成修、翻边工作,显著降低制造成本,提高生产效率。
The stamping process for an automobile front floor was analyzed and an optimal process scheme was made. A new type of trimming and flanging compound die was de- signed based on the characteristics of the product. The die structure and working process were presented. The trimminp and flanging process can be finished in the die at one step.
