摘要
对当今电火花加工的主流电极材料高性能石墨的制造工艺、分类和物理力学性能等方面进行了详细阐述,总结了高性能石墨电极材料的特殊性及其高速加工的特点,并结合高性能石墨在汽车、家电、通信等行业模具制造中的典型应用对其材料优选进行了深入分析,有一定实用价值。
The preparation process, classification and physical mechanical properties of high performance graphite electrode material were stated in detail and the characteristics of par- ticularity and high speed machining were summarized. The optimal selection of graphite was studied based on analysis of typical applications of high performance graphite in the die & mould manufacturing in automobile, household appliance and communication indus- tries.
