摘要 随着红外成像系统在目标探测、夜间导航以及精确制导等领域的广泛应用,利用模拟红外场景对红外成像系统进行成像测试已逐渐成为研究的热点。介绍了数字微镜器件(DMD)的封装结构和工作原理,给出了一种基于DMD的红外场景仿真系统设计方案,提出了系统设计过程中需要重点考虑的几个问题。对系统成像过程中芯片反射系数、能量传递效率、输出图像对比度等光学性能等进行了重点分析。在光学器件选定的情况下,根据各部分相对位置,可计算出仿真系统的能量传递效率,最后分析了影响输出图像对比度的主要因素。 With the application of the infrared imaging system in many fields, such as the target detection, the night navigation, the precision-guided weapon, and so on, the research on testing the imaging character of the infrared imaging system by using the simulation of the infrared scene has become more and more popular. The package structure and operating principle of the Digital Micro-mirror Device (DMD) are introduced. A design scheme of the infrared scene simulation system is put forward based on DMD, and several problems that needed to be considered in the design process are presented. During the course of the system imaging, the main analysis focuses on the reflection ratio of DMD, the efficiency of the energy transmission, the contrast of the output image, etc. After the optical devices were selected, the efficiency of the energy transmission of the simulation system can be calculated according to the relative positions of each part, and the main factors that affected the contrast of the output image were analyzed in the end.
