磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损伤的临床观察 被引量:23

摘要 目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的疗效。方法选择2009年12月~2011年12月,本院新生儿科收治的69例新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组35例,对照组34例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予静脉滴注磷酸肌酸钠,1.0g/次,1次/d,7~10d为1个疗程,观察两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征以及心电图、心肌酶谱的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.4%,明显高于对照组的76.5%;所有患儿心电图改变均消失;治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶谱比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害检测指标特异敏感,磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效显著、安全有效。 Objective To observe the effect of creatine phosphate sodium(CP) in the treatment of hypoxic-ischemic my- eardial damage in neonates. Methods From December 2009 to December 2011, 69 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic myocardial damage were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 35)and control group (n = 34). All the neonates were treated with con- ventional therapy, and on this basis, the treatment group were Ven with CP inrtravenously, 1.0 g every time, once a day and 7 ~ 10days as a course. The changed of symptoms, physical signs, ECG and myocardial enzymogram were observed during the treat- ment. Results The total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and 76. 5% in the control group. Corresponding ECG changes were also observed in all infants. There is significant difference between the two groups on the myocardial enzymogram (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion CP has notable curative effect in the treatment of neonatal hypoxia-ischemic myocardial damage, and is safe and effective.
