窄谱中波紫外线照射联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风80例疗效观察 被引量:25

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效及价值。方法选取白癜风患者160例随机分为三组,联合治疗组有患者80例给与他克莫司软膏涂抹患处后使用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,他克莫司组40例使用他克莫司软膏涂与患处治疗,NB-UVB组40例单独使用窄谱中波紫外线治疗,3个疗程后评定治疗疗效。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率为81.58%,他克莫司组为55.00%,NB-UVB组为75.68%,联合治疗组明显优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),他克莫司组与NB-UVB组比较,疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效肯定,治疗相对安全,对稳定期、局限性白癜风疗效更佳。 Objective To observe the narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet joint tacrolimus ointment treatment of vit- iligo clinical curative effect and value. Methods Select 160 cases patients with vitiligo, randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group 80 cases patients, give tacrolimus ointment daub after the affected area using narrow-spectrum medium wave ultra- violet treatment, tacrolimus group of 40 cases the use of tacrolimus ointment and affected part treatment, NB-UVB group of 40 cases single use narrow spectrum medium wave ultraviolet treatment ,3 after the treatment curative effect evaluation. Results Combined treatment group total effectiveness is 81.58%, tacrolimus group is 55.00% ,NB-UVB group is 75.68% ,combined treatment group was better than the other two groups, comparative differences exist statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 05 ), tacrolimus group and NB-UVB group comparison,curative effect difference was statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Narrow spectrum medi- um wave ultraviolet joint tacrolimus ointment treating vitiligo curative effect affirmation, treatment relative safety, the stationary phase, limitations vitiligo better curative effect.
