曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效探讨

The discussion of trimetazidine combined with shexiang baoxinwan in treatmentwith unstable angina pectoris

目的观察曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 2010年12月～2011年12月,102例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组51例采用常规治疗,观察组51例在上述基础上采用曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸治疗,对比观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效及心电图改变情况。结果观察组的总有效率为84.3%高于对照组的70.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组NST和∑ST明显下降(P<0.05),而对照无明显变化(P>0.05)。并且,治疗后观察组的NST和∑ST明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸和曲美他嗪具有协同作用,能够明显提高疗效,是一种治疗不稳定型心绞痛治疗方案的良好选择。

Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine combined with shexiang baoxinwan in treatment with unstable angina pectoris. Methods From December 2010 to December 2011, 102 cases with unstable angina pectoris patients were ran- domly divided into two groups, which control group with 51 cases was treated with normal therapy and observation group with 51 cases was treated with trimetazidine combined with shexiang baoxinwan. The clinical effective and electrocardiogram changes be- tween the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 84. 3%, which significantly higher than that in control group with 70. 6% （ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the NST and ∑ST in observation group were significantly de- creased（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while no significantly changed in control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Moreover, the NST and ∑ ST in observation group were significantly less than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with shexiang baoxin- wan have synergistic effect, and can enhance the clinical effect, which is a good choice for unstable angina pectoris treatment.
