超声测量视神经相关结构的变化在早期诊断颅内压增高中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 颅内压增高(intracranialhypertension,ICH)是神经外科常见的临床病理综合征,患者常有难以忍受的头痛、呕吐,颅内压(intracranialpressure,ICP)迅速增高还会导致脑疝,危及生命。ICH在代偿期时,患者的体征症状常不典型,易忽略,有明显症状时已进入失代偿期。因此,临床上早期判断是否有ICH显得尤为重要,从而将恶性循环打破在失代偿期,避免进入血管麻痹期。现代颅内压监测技术的发展,特别是超声技术的应用,为早期诊断颅内高压提供了依据,进一步缩短了诊断时间,可以在一定程度上减少病患的痛苦,降低病死率。本文将对超声测量视神经相关结构的在早期诊断颅内压增高中的应用进行综述。
