藤莪清瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Teng'e Qingyu Formula in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察藤莪清瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的65例患者,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(31例),分别给予藤莪清瘀方和胃复春治疗,疗程6个月。治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床症状、胃镜病理学的改变情况。结果:藤莪清瘀方组的总有效率为91.19%,胃复春组为74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃镜病理学检查总有效率比较,藤莪清瘀方为88.23%,胃复春组为61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藤莪清瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有明显的疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of Teng＇e Qingyu Formula in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods ：65 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomized into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（31cases）, and the two groups were treated with Teng＇e Qingyu Formula decoction and Weifuchun tablet separately,with a course of six months. After treatment, the changes in clinical symptoms and gastroscope pathology were compared between two groups. Results ： The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 91.19% in Teng＇e Qingyu Formula group and was74.19% in Weifuchun group,indicating statistically significant difference（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate in gastroscope pathological examination was 88.23% in Teng＇e Qingyu Formula group and was 61.29% in Weifuchun group, indicating statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclu- sion：Ten~＇e Qin~,yu Formula is quite effective for chronic atrophic zastritis.
