锦带花体外抗流感病毒有效部位研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:筛选锦带花抗流感病毒的有效部位,为锦带花药效物质基础阐明提供依据。方法:体外用MTT法检测锦带花有效部位对传代狗肾细胞MDCK的毒性浓度,观察锦带花有效部位抑制甲型流感病毒的致细胞病变作用(CPE),MTT检测锦带花有效部位对流感病毒的抑制率。结果:锦带花的各有效部位均有抗流感病毒(H1N1)的作用,其中锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物的抑制流感病的作用与利巴韦林相似;而石油醚提取物的抑制作用最弱。结论:锦带花具有确切的抗流感病毒作用,锦带花的乙酸乙酯提取物为抗流感病毒的有效成分集中部位。 Objective: To screen effective fraction of anti'influenza virus extracted from Weigela florida, which would provide evidence for explanation of active substance fourtdation Of Weigelaflorida. Methods :Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium( MTT) assay was used for the detection of in-vitro toxicity concenirations of the Weigelaflorida active extracts on Madin-Darby canine kidney( MD- CK) cell line. Then cytopathic effect(CPE) of Weigela florida active extracts on influenza virus A/H1 N1 was observed, and MTY assay was applied to observe the inhibitory rate for influenza virus. Results :The inhibitory effeet for influenza virus of the extract of ethyl acetate was the same as that of ribovirin, but the inhibitory effect for influenza virus of the extract of petroleum ether was the feeblest of all the extractsi Conclusion: Weigelaflorida has exact anti-influenza virus activity,and the most active ingredients focus in the extracts of ethyl acetate.
