萎胃康逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎的EGF机制研究

EGF Mechanism Study of Weiweikang Reversing Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:探讨萎胃康逆转慢性萎缩性胃炎的可能机制。方法:采用多重刺激复制大鼠CAG模型。分别运用萎胃康大、小剂量及三九胃泰治疗。1个月后麻醉大鼠,取胃窦部检测胃黏膜上皮细胞EGF表达及光镜下观察药物的疗效。结果:模型组胃黏膜存在表皮生长因子异常表达,而且与空白对照组有明显差异(P<0.01)。萎胃康大、小剂量组疗效较模型组有显著性差异。并且与三九胃泰有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃康能明显抑制EGF的表达,此研究对本病的治疗提供了新的研究思路。

Objective ： To approach the possible mechanism of＇ Weiweikang reversing chronic atrophic gastritis. Method~ ： The multiple stimulations were used to duplicate the CAG mode/, and the rats were treated respectively with Weiweikang Granule （WWKG） and Sanjiu Weitai Granule（SJWTG）. After a month, all rats were sacrificed and the sinus ventrieuli of stomach were taken out to detect the expression of EGF and observe the therapeutic effect under light microscope. Results：Compared with the model group ,the therapeutic effect of large and small dose of WWKG groups was significantly higher（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with the normal control group ,the expression of EGF in the rats of model control group was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. WWKG can significantly suppress the expression of EGF compared with SJWTG control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Weiweikang can significantly adjust the expression of EGF,which provides a new ideas on the treatment of the disease.
