The History Review and Policy Consideration of Developing West China

本文回顾了我国西部开发的重要历史过程 ,提出在当今西部大开发中要总结历史经验教训 ,改善环境 ,使用市场机制 ,并为西部大开发提出了一些政策性建议。

This paper analyses the historic process of developing the West China, proposes in the new round of developing West China, we need to learn lesson from history. We need to improve environment in west as we check earlier history and need to use market institution as we learn from “the third line”. Then the author proposes some policy suggestions.
