摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤中血浆葡萄糖(Glu)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、胰岛素(Insu-lin)、C肽以及抵抗素(Resistin)水平的影响,探讨参麦注射液对胰岛素抵抗是否有改善作用。方法:取SD雄性大鼠24只随机分为心肌缺血再灌注模型组(MIRI组)、参麦注射液预处理组(SM组)。分组后SM组每天腹腔注射参麦注射液10 mL/kg连续3 d,MIRI组则注射等量的生理盐水。采用冠脉结扎再松开的办法制备大鼠缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血15min后再灌注45 min。放射免疫法检测血浆Glu、Insulin和C肽的浓度,ELISA法检测血浆Resistin和FFA的含量。结果:与IR组相比,SM组血浆Glu、Insulin、C肽的浓度,血浆FFA和Resistin的含量均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:SM能够改善大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中胰岛素抵抗,对心肌产生一定的保护作用。
Objective : To observe the effects of Shenmai Injection on the levels of glucose, free fatty acid ( FFA), insulin, C- peptid and resistin in serum in rats with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). To investigate if Shenmai Injection can a- gainst insulin resistance. Methods:Twenty-four heathy male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups ( 12 for each) :ischemia and reperfusion group( IR group) , Shenmai Injection preconditioning group( SM group). The ischemia and reperfusion injury mod- els in rats were made by ligating the left anterior coronary artery and then loosening. The content of resistin and FFA in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ;the concentrations of glucose, insulin and C-peptid in serum were measured with radioimmunoassay method. Results : Compared with the IR group, the concentrations of glucose, insulin, C-pep- tid and the contents of FFA and resistin were significantly lower in SM group. Conclusion:Shenmai Injection can protect myocardi- um by improving insulin resistance in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
