中国西部的地方病及防治对策

Prevention and Cure of the Endemic Diseases in the Western of China

中国西部特殊的自然环境及恶劣的生态格局 ,决定了西部有较为严重的地方病 ,而西部自然地理的特殊分布 ,又决定了西部十省区各有不同特征的地方病。虽近二十年来 ,多发群发的地方严重病症有所遏制 ,但作为西部可持续发展的障碍 ,西部地方病仍是一种不可忽视的等。本文不仅从区划角度出发对地方病规律予以描述 ,还进而给出基本的综合减灾防治对策。

The natural environment and adverse ecologic distribution specially occurred in the Western of China have drawn serious endemic there, and the exceptional status of Western nature and geology causes endemic of various features in the western ten provinces. Although in the two decades frequent and large-scale severe endemic has been restrained, but it is still an impediment to the durable development of the Western, and the endemic in the Western is a calamity we can not ignore. In this paper, endemic pattern with its distribution has been described and basic way to the prevention and cure will be given as well.
