摘要
目的:了解我院第二类精神药品应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2009—2011年我院第二类精神药品的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院第二类精神药品的销售金额、DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,各年度DDDs排序居前10位的第二类精神药品中苯二氮类占8个品种,3年来DDDs排序前3位的为马来酸咪达唑仑片、艾司唑仑片和酒石酸唑吡坦片。结论:我院第二类精神药品使用基本合理,基本符合我国目前第二类精神药品的发展现状。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization status and developmental tendency of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS：The drug variety,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：From 2009 to 2011,the consumption sum and DDDs of the psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡin our hospital increased year by year.Among the top 10 psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡranked by DDDs,8 were benzodiazepines.The top three psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡranked by DDDs were midazolam maleate tablets,estazolam tablets and zolpidem tartrate tablets.CONCLUSION：The use of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our hospital was basically rational and in line with the development status of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our country.
