参芪扶正注射液对肺癌术后化疗患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on The Quality of Life in Patients with Lung Cancer Receiving Chemotherapy after Undergoing Surgery

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对肺癌术后化疗患者生存质量的影响。方法:采用前瞻性开放研究,笔者在北京大学首钢医院工作期间收集2009年1月—2011年1月就诊的60例中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者,以随机抽样法分为2组,2组患者均接受吉西他滨+顺铂(GP)方案进行化疗,对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上加用参芪扶正注射液进行治疗,比较2组患者的近期疗效及生存质量评分。结果:观察组患者治疗后的生存质量评分比治疗前高(t=7.4,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后的生存质量评分明显高于对照组(t=8.4,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:参芪扶正注射液可以提高肺癌术后化疗患者的生存质量,具有非常重要的临床应用意义,值得推广应用。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the quality of life in patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy after undergoing surgery.METHODS：By a prospective open study,a total of 60 patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） collected in Peking University Shougang Hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomized to either control group or trial group.Both groups received gemcitabine plus cisplatin（GP regimen） and routine supportive symptomatic treatment;however,the trial group was given add-on Shenqi Fuzheng Injection.The short-term efficacy and the quality of life of the two groups were compared.RESULTS：The score for quality of life in the trial group was significantly higher than before treatment（t=7.4,P0.05） and than in the control group（t=8.4,P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Shenqi Fuzheng Injection could improve the quality of life in patients with lung cancer receiving chemotherapy after undergoing surgery and it is of great clinical value and hence is worth of wide clinical use.
