稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的有效性与安全性评价

Efficacy and Safety of Wenxin Granules for Cardiac Arrhythmia

目的:利用Meta分析法评价稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的有效性与安全性。方法:检索稳心颗粒治疗心律失常随机、对照试验文献,使用ReMan 5.0软件对纳入文献进行分析,并评价其不良反应。结果:采用固定效应模型分析,Chi2=19.73,df=14,P=0.14>0.05,I2=29%,具有较好的同质性,其OR(fixed)=2.02,95%CI[1.51,2.71],P<0.000 01;治疗组不良反应显著少于对照组。结论:稳心颗粒治疗心律失常安全有效。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wenxin Granules in treating cardiac arrhythmia using meta-analysis.METHODS： We retrieved the randomized controlled trials（RCTs） on Wenxin Granules for treatment of arrhythmia and the included RCTs were analyzed using ReMan5.0 software meanwhile the adverse drug reactions were evaluated.RESULTS： The fixed effect model analysis revealed satisfactory homogenicity with Chi2=19.73,df=14,P=0.140.05,I2=29%,OR（fixed）=2.02,and 95%CI[1.51,2.71]（P0.000 01）.The treatment group showed significantly less adverse drug reactions than did the control group.CONCLUSION： Wenxin granules are safe and effective for arrhythmia.
