摘要
目的:了解我院抗高血压药的应用情况,为医院药品管理和临床合理用药提供参考。方法:提取2008—2011年我院抗高血压药的应用数据,采用限定日剂量(DDD)法对药品销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)进行回顾性分析。结果:2008—2011年血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂(ARB)销售金额居首位;2009—2011年钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)DDDs排序居首位;2009—2011年氨氯地平销售金额排序居首位;2010、2011年氨氯地平DDDs排序居首位。结论:我院抗高血压药应用合理,CCB、ARB的地位越来越重要。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital to provide reference for management and rational use of antihypertensive drugs.METHODS：The utilization data of the antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2008-2011 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and defined daily cost（DDC）using defined daily dose（DDD）method.RESULTS： Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist（ARB）took the first place in terms of consumption sum during 2008-2011;calcium channel blocker（CCB）took the first place in terms of DDDs during 2009-2011;amlodipine ranked first in terms of consumption sum during 2009-2011 and in terms of DDDs in 2010 and 2011.CONCLUSION：The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is reasonable;CCB and ARB occupy an increasingly important position in the treatment of hypertension.
