住院患者处方超说明书用药分析

Analysis of Off-label Drug Use in The Inpatients

目的:了解广东药学院附属第一医院住院患者口服处方药品超说明书用药情况,以规范医患合理用药、保证用药安全。方法:对我院收集的163份药品超说明书用药处方进行调查分析。结果:超说明书用药种类中维生素、微量元素及营养药构成比最大,占42.94(70/163)。超说明书用药类型中,超给药方法所占比例最大,占38.04%(62/163);超适应证用药占26.38%(43/163);超剂量用药占18.4%(28/163)。超说明书用药常发生的科室为神经血液内科。结论:医院应加强药品的使用管理,谨慎对待超说明书用药情况,指导患者用药。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the drug off-label use in the inpatients of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical College in order to standardize rational drug use and guarantee medication safety.METHODS： A total of 163 prescriptions with off-label drug use collected in our hospital were surveyed and analyzed.RESUTLS： Among the drugs with off-label use,vitamins and microelement nutriceuticals showed the highest proportion at 42.94%（70/163）.Of all the types of off-label,off-label method of administration took the lead with 38.04%（62/163）,followed by off-label indication of 26.38%（43/163） and overdosing of 18.4%（28/163）.The off-label use was noted mostly in the department of hematology.CONCLUSION： Strengthened control on drug use should be emphasized in hospital and great attention should be given to off-label drug use meanwhile providing guidance for patients on drug use.
