Effect of Adverse Drug Reactions/Events Reporting on Clinical Use of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Injections

目的:了解中药注射剂临床应用受国内中药注射剂不良反应/事件报道的影响程度,探寻减少影响的对策。方法:对我院2001—2011年中药注射剂的品种、品种数、用药金额、DDDs、DDC等数据进行统计,分析其临床应用与不良反应/事件报道的相关性。结果与结论:中药注射剂临床应用与不良反应/事件报道密切相关。如实报道、正确引导、理性看待中药注射剂不良反应/事件的发生,积极探寻防范、减少不良反应/事件的对策,中药注射剂致不良反应/事件必将得到有效的控制,为人类的健康起到应有的作用。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the effect of reporting adverse drug reactions/ events on the use of traditional Chinese medicinal injections in China and explore countermeasures aimed at reducing this impact.METDHOS： The use of traditional Chinese medicinal injections in China from 2001 to 2011 was analyzed with regard to drug varieties,number of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc,and the correlation between the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal injection and the reporting of adverse drug reactions/events was analyzed.RESULTS CONCLUSION： The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicinal injection was closely associated with the reporting of adverse drug reactions/events.The adverse drug reactions/events should be truthfully reported,correctly guided and rationally considered meanwhile countermeasures aimed at reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions/events should be explored,only in this way can the adverse drug reactions/events be kept under effective control for the due benefit of human health.
