摘要
目的:评估百色市中医医院骨科围术期预防性应用抗菌药物综合干预效果。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,以随机抽样法抽取干预措施实施前后我院骨科手术病例各120例,对围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性进行比较。结果:干预实施后,在适应证、预防给药时间、抗菌药物品种、联合用药情况等方面均有明显改善,住院时间、抗菌药物费用及比例均有所下降。结论:实施综合干预措施可显著提高围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性,具有可行性和有效性。
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive interventions on perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in orthopedic patients in Baise Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS： In this retrospective review,we randomly sampled 120 orthopedic cases before intervention measure and another 120 orthopedic cases after intervention for analysis of the rationality of perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics before and after intervention.RESULTS： Through comprehensive intervention,the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics was improved significantly in respect of indications,preventive administration time,category of antibacterials and drug combination etc,meanwhile,hospital stay,hospitalization cost,antibiotic cost and its proportion in total were decreased.CONCLUSION： The comprehensive intervention measures contributed to rational use of antibacterials and thus it is feasible and effective.
