基层医院围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的干预研究

Intervention Study on Perioperative Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics in Primary Hospitals

目的:探讨围术期合理应用抗菌药物干预措施的可行性。方法:设干预组、非干预组进行对照研究,将广州市天河区3家医院干预前后反映抗菌药物使用情况的各项指标进行对比分析。结果:实施干预后,抗菌药物在药物选择、用法与用量及给药时间方面的合理性都有显著提高,抗菌药物费用也有明显下降。结论:本研究所实施的干预措施具有可行性和有效性,对促进安全、有效、经济地使用抗菌药物起到了积极的作用。

OBJECTIVE：To study the feasibility of carrying out intervention measures on rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period.METHODS：A control study was performed on intervention group and non-intervention group.The antibiotic use in three hospitals of Guangzhou Tianhe district before and after intervention was given a contrast analysis.RESULTS：After intervention,the antibiotic use was significantly more rational in drug selection,dosage and administration,time of administration while the costs of antibiotics were significantly decreased as compared with before intervention.CONCLUSION：The intervention measures was proved to be feasible and effective in that they play an active role in promoting safe,effective,and economical use of antibiotics.
