检企信息服务系统关键技术研究

Study of Critical Techniques for CIQ–Enterprises Information Service System

通过对检企信息服务系统关键技术的研究,建立了集成语音、短信、网站、电子邮件和触摸屏等多种媒体技术的综合性的检企信息服务平台,多元化的信息服务实现了网上检企互动、有关法律和业务查询、办理过程查询和办结自动通报等功能,提高了对进出口企业的信息服务水平。本文主要介绍了检企信息服务平台的设计原则、应用架构和部署架构、系统功能、系统的技术创新和特点。

Through studying critical techniques for CIQ–Enterprises information service system,an integrative information service platform for CIQ–Enterprises has been established,which integrated voice,short message,website,E-mail,touch panel and several other media techniques.The diversified information service system has achieved interactive relation between CIQ and enterprises of import and export through internet,query of related laws and business,query of in-process and automatic notification of ending process.The platform has improved information service for enterprises of import and export.This paper mainly describes the design principles,application architecture,coverage deployment,system functions,innovation and features of CIQ–Enterprises Information Service Platform.
