出境货物口岸查验风险管理研究

A Study on Risk Management of Port-checking on Export Goods

围绕风险识别、风险评估、风险处置和效果评价四个基本环节,综合评估出境货物口岸查验工作中的各类风险因子,对发生违法违规行为可能性较大的出口商品生产企业进行重点布控,构建了基于风险管理基础上的出境货物口岸查验新模式,提高了工作效能。

The article made a comprehensive assessment on the various risk factors of port-checking（verification of goods being in compliance with the certificates） on export goods based on four main links,such as risk identification,risk assessment,risk management and effects evaluation.Based on the above research,the article try to construct a new port-checking working mode on export goods by carrying out target surveillance on those producers who hide a tendency of illegal behavior.
