摘要
综述了与食品直接接触家用电器整体卫生安全概况,通过食品接触方面的化学物质迁移和电气使用安全方面的分析,提出对食品直接接触家用电器产品安全性的整体研究思路和评价体系。
This article reviewed the health safety situations of food contact household electrical appliances.Through the analysis of the chemical migration to the contact food and the electrical safety,the research design and evaluation system for food contact household electrical appliances were proposed.
