摘要
分析了中国石化茂名分公司连续重整装置的综合用能情况,针对装置用能存在的不足,采取了优化操作、优化改进换热网络、蒸汽替代加热炉等措施,取得显著节能效果。针对仍然存在的因加工负荷率低导致装置能耗高的问题,提出了尽量固定装置处理量和反应苛刻度、保证装置安稳运行、降低装置能耗的建议。
Aiming at the shortage of energy utilization in the unit of Continuous Catalytic Reforming in Maoming Oil Refinery, we took measures according to the comprehensive analysis of energy, such as operationa mprovement, heat-exchanger networks improvement and replacing furnaces by steam, etc. The facts show that these measures came to good results, however the energy consumption was still not good enough because of the low operating rate. We made some suggestions to improve it, such as fixing the handling capacity and severity, operating steadily and safely as well as reducing the consumption of energy
