高校学生评教数据是反映教师教学质量的一项重要指标,基于此本文使用真实的评教样本,采用PCA(主成分分析方法)对学生评教指标进行量化分析,抽取了学生评教的主要因子,把师德教风、教学目标、教学内容、教学效果和教学手段五方面作为学生评教的主要指标体系,以期对学生评教工作的合理化提供有效的理论支撑。
