摘要
介绍所研制的一种新型数字式高压输电线路距离保护装置。利用 MCS-96型16位单片机,采用狭窄带通数字滤波算法,对非基频成分具有很强的滤除作用,精度高、响应快。该装置可以实现输电线路的相间距离、接地距离和4段零序保护,并具有振荡闭锁、重合闸、PT 断线闭锁、精确测距、故障录波和在线自诊断等功能,保护动作时间小于20 ms。
A new digital relay for distance protection of high voltage transmission line is pre- sented with properties of strong filtering,high accuracy and quick response.Narrow-belt digital filtering in MCS-96 16 bits single-chip computer is adopted.The new relay has func- tions of phase-phase,phase-ground and zero-sequence(4 sets) distance protections,as well as oscillating locking,reclosing,PT broken circuit locking,accurate distance measuring,fault wave recording ,and on-line self diagnosing.The response time is less than 20 ms.
