供应链关系质量、供应链管理对农产品质量安全的影响——基于广东省样本企业的实证分析

Impact of Agricultural Supply Chain Relationship and Management on Agricultural Product Quality and Safety

供应链关系及供应链管理对产品质量安全来说是至关重要的。文章以农产品供应链为研究对象,依据相关文献与研究假设,构建了供应链关系质量、供应链管理及产品质量安全效率之间关系的理论模型,并通过实地问卷调查获取相关数据资料,利用层次回归分析方法对理论模型进行实证研究。结果表明,供应链合作关系质量及供应链管理对农产品质量安全绩效均存在显著影响。

Supply chain relationship and supply chain management are of vital importance to the safety of the product quality. This paper is based on agricultural products supply chain, in accordance with relevant documents and research, built up theoretical models to establish the relationship among the supply chain relationship , the supply chain management and the safety of product quality. And conducting the on-the-spot questionnaire survey to obtain the relevant datas, using the regressing methods to do an empirical research on the theoretical models. The results showed that it was of significant influence among the quality of supply chain relationship, the supply chain management and the safety of product quality.
