摘要
首旅大厦是集首旅总部办公及5A级高档写字楼、3星级饭店为一体的综合性建筑,建筑平面、立面较为复杂,结构体系为型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒,结构总高度114.49m。本文主要介绍首旅大厦上部结构、地基基础设计要点,一方面介绍超限结构设计的主要问题和解决方法,以及抗震性能化设计;另一方面介绍核心筒和外围框架柱之间,以及高层建筑与相邻裙房之间沉降差异的控制等问题。
BTG Tower with 114.49m height is a high-rise building, the headquarters office of BTG and 5A level of high-grade office, a three-star hotel into one comprehensive building, plane and elevation of building are more complex. The steel reinforced concrete (SRC)frame-concrete core hybrid structural system is used. The paper introduced design points of upper stmcturcs and foundation ,on one hand, including transfinite structure design problems and solutions, and the performance-based seismic design; on the other hand the core and periphery columns, as well as a tall building with the neighboring podium differential settlement control issues.
